Plan Library
Our library of distinctive house designs for new house buyers in Perth particulary; many adaptable to other parts of Australia. These suit ethical investor groups or partnerships, individual new home buyers, paricularly those who would otherwise consider project houses or designs.
Most are designed to suit Perth building methods and the climate of South Western Australia. With time we develop new designs and these replace others that we have published previously.

Building companies are invited to browse our plans and may, subject to a negotiated fee, use that design exclusively. Such plans are removed from our website and will eventually be replaced by another.

Designre is well versed in project housing and in solar housing'. Solar design is little understood these days; heaviliy burdened by sustainabiliity prescriptions unfortunately. Please contact us for more information.
Home cinema
Properly designed Home cinema rooms for front projection offer huge advantages seldome found in project housing companies display homes. New House plans allow home cinema rooms to be designed for total satisfaction. Constructions savings will often help offset the purchase of equipment later. Cinema rooms shown in our design plans, including even for Penthouse appartments are all designed to THX and Dolby Labs Home cinema recommendations. Otherwise we refer to these as Media rooms.
Off-the-plan sales
Designre have also completed designs for off-the-plan projects in the South Pacific including townhouses, apartments, and executive beachside residences with swim-up infinity pools, home cinema, split level floors, kitchen in a garden, caretaker cottages and a private helipad.
High-rise apartment design
A recent scope study has been completed for a 20 storey residential apartment tower for a prestige building site having awesome views in opposing directions. Mezzanine style penthouses occupy the top floor. Natural ventilation and balanced daylight put these apartments high on the sustainable rating table; another offspin from our acute understanding of solar design.
