If you value your privacy and independence, isn't it likely you will want your children to grow up with similar values?
That is the underlying premise on which this house design is founded.
The theme begins with the master suite; with privacy, and with opulence from an expansive plan that communes with nature. Rich drapes in the bedroom entry alcove have a theatre-like ambience, introducing an expansive suite that with a private garden is 51 square meters in area. It's all yours and can be outfitted in numerous ways, including a spa bath, outdoor shower, sitting space and so on. What is your preference?
Studious children will delight in their spaces. Just as the bathroom separates the two queen size bedrooms, so the study area is part of this "quiet zone". Book shelves are provided and a linen cupboard.
Across the stair is their own lounge that opens on to their own balcony. Roofed in part and covered by a shade sail otherwise, it's like their own alfresco space. Children may invite their own guests or use this bedroom space as their own media room.
Other delights are found downstairs. There's a nook in the living room opposite the kitchen that allows for furniture or a day-bed. What would you use it for! A bar? Piano? Yoga mat, or an alternative place for the dining table?
Grocery access is a cinch; straight from the garage to the laundry bench, then, via a hatch at the same height everything can be put straight in the pantry except what belongs where it is !
Curtain off the lounge space and you've stop-over space for mates with a powder room close by.
The street elevation of this design is sculpture! Recessed and projected forms at different levels are intercepted by flying steel beams, columns, a (split) flying quadrant roof and an interlaced shade sail.
